1. Communicate and contact foreign agents.

2. Contact the designated shipper and arrange for the shipment.

3. Monthly reconciliation with foreign countries

4. Assist operations/customer service/sales in handling overseas matters.

5. Provide quotations for inquiries from foreign agents

Job requirements:

Job requirements:

1. Have overseas customer service experience in international logistics companies.

2. Good English communication skills, with certain reading and writing abilities.

3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and promptly reply to foreign agent's questions and inquiries via email.

4. Have a team spirit and assist the company team in completing the most economical and efficient logistics transportation of each shipment!
